<\/figure>On this page: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Our Board Members for the 2024-25 season are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anna Carroll <\/strong>is an experienced Board Director, CEO and Senior Executive with a background in the Australian Government and Not For Profit Sector. Anna has have been actively involved in the Palm Beach Surf Life Saving Club since 2011 as a parent of three children who compete and patrol, as a Level 1 Official and since 2017 elected as the Secretary of the Club. As former CEO of Netball Queensland Anna lead the State\u2019s largest women\u2019s participation sport, Anna knows first hand the positive role sport and community service plays in our community. As a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with a particular interest in governance, leadership and organisational development, Anna has enhanced the systems and member support at the Palm Beach Surf Club, for which we are extremely thankful.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Dr Danielle Stebbins<\/strong> is a Workplace Consultant and Executive Coach with many years of research and professional practice and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Danielle has completed and evaluated numerous leadership and team transformation projects in public sector Education, Health & Transport and is a founding collaborator in the development of the High-Performance Teams (HPT) Program. Members would know Danielle as the Age Manager and was herself an accomplished life saver with Northcliffe in her youth. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Nathan Moore <\/strong>is a finance professional, currently with the membership association, the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects. He has extensive experience in strategy, finance and executive positions in a diverse range of industries ranging from Not-For-Profits to Fintech start ups. He’s also a consultant for marketing strategy implementation and business advice. While new to surf lifesaving, Nathan is a Palm Beach local invested in community development and convincing his son to become a nipper.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Lee Anderson<\/strong> is a healthcare executive and implementation specialist with 20 years of experience leading clinical and digital transformation initiatives across Australia, the UK, and Canada. He holds an MBA and has most recently served as Development and Implementation Lead at Icon Group, where he oversaw national rollouts of advanced cancer care technologies and system upgrades across a growing network of private clinics. A proud member of Palm Beach SLSC since 2016, Lee is an active patroller and passionate advocate for surf life saving. His connection to the movement began at Cape Hawke SLSC in Forster, where he grew up and his father is a Life Member. Lee is excited to continue this legacy through his own young family, with his kids joining the Nippers program over the coming seasons. As a Director, Lee brings a strong background in organisational development, stakeholder engagement, and governance. He is committed to supporting the growth and sustainability of Palm Beach SLSC while fostering a safe, inclusive, and future-focused surf club community.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Patrick Delaney <\/strong>is a solicitor with many years of professional practice managing complex disputes and litigation. Prior to engaging in legal practice Patrick qualified and worked as physiotherapist. Patrick has a broad range of professional experience including business management and holding numerous leadership roles throughout his career. Patrick has had a long association with surf lifesaving, having first engaged as a nipper at Palm Beach, and later an active patrolling and competitive member at Palm Beach, Tallebudgera and Mona Vale. He is now a “nipper Dad” committed to growing community engagement and participation at Palm Beach SLSC.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Our Operations Committee meet monthly during July and April to make the operational decisions required to stage a successful lifesaving season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our Operations Committee elected officers are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n Other officers of the club as elected at the AGM are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Junior Committee <\/strong>are elected in March and endorsed at the AGM.
