More details <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manula.com\/manuals\/slsq-tom\/slsq-administration-operations-manual\/1\/en\/topic\/blue-cards?q=blue+cards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you do not have a current Blue Card (or need to renew):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applying through the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.bluecard.qld.gov.au\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Blue Card Services Application Portal<\/a> is a straightforward and efficient way to obtain or renew your blue card or exemption card:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Step 1<\/strong>&nbsp;Ensure you hold valid Qld <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmr.qld.gov.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dept of Transport &amp; Main Roads<\/a> card (i.e. drivers license)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Step 2<\/strong>&nbsp;Register via&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/my.bluecard.qld.gov.au\/account\/registration\/privacy-notice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Blue Card Services online<\/a>&nbsp;and record your account number\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Currently linked valid card holders only: when registering online to renew and SLSQ is listed in your linked organisations continue to complete your renewal application online.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Step 3<\/strong>&nbsp;With your blue card account number\/valid blue card or exemption card number handy, proceed to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/252079401130041\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SLSQ Blue Card Organisation Link<\/a>. To resolve this please provide the&nbsp;blue&nbsp;card <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">account number<\/span> and member details via the <a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/252079401130041\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SLSQ&nbsp;Blue&nbsp;Card Organisation Link<\/a>. If you do not have an account number recorded, the individual can obtain it by calling&nbsp;Blue&nbsp;Card Services on 07 3211 6999 or 1800 113 611. However, when providing services which fall outside of these duties, visit your Blue Card Portal and apply for an exemption Blue Card <a href=\"https:\/\/my.bluecard.qld.gov.au\/account\/registration\/privacy-notice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/my.bluecard.qld.gov.au\/login<\/a><br>Then asked to be linked to Palm Beach Qld SLSC using the same survey as above (<a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/252079401130041\">https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/252079401130041<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Now that I have my Blue Card, do I need to do anything else?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes please, as per step 6 noted earlier, there is a little bit of online training. The <strong>Child Safety Modules<\/strong> is required to be undertaken by every member who holds a Blue Card and must be completed every three years (when you renew your Blue Card).
